Membership

Membership at SwoleFit Garage is billed monthly via our membership platform (MindBody). Membership terms, cancellation policy, and billing details are set out at the time of sign-up.

Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By participating in classes at SwoleFit Garage, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that you are medically able to participate, or have obtained the necessary medical clearance.

Results disclaimer

Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, nutrition, and starting condition. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our programs.

Code of conduct

We expect all members to treat coaches and fellow members with respect. SwoleFit Garage reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for conduct that disrupts the gym community.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
